The Smyrna Area Council of the Cobb Chamber will have a special presentation on the revitalization of Belmont Hills by Jack Halpern, of Halpern Enterprises, on February 26! The presentation will be Thursday, February 26, 2015 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM at Brawner Hall.
Jack Halpern is the Chairman of Halpern Enterprises, Inc., which owns and manages more than 30 shopping centers throughout the southeastern United States. Jack is a native of Atlanta and a graduate of Westminster High School, Harvard College, and the University of Georgia Law School.

The new Belmont will be a 48-acre mixed use development at the intersection of Windy Hill Road and Atlanta Road, an extension of popular downtown Smyrna. Belmont will feature lush landscapes, a community green space with walking path, pavilion, and pond; a variety of housing options; and a unique collection of restaurants and shops.
