Keep Smyrna Beautiful will be holding the 2023 Smyrna Garden Tour on Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Ticketholders will have the chance to explore five of Smyrna’s most beautiful, private gardens. Proceeds from the Garden Tour will support Keep Smyrna Beautiful programs with a portion being set aside for student scholarships.
The annual Garden Tour, Keep Smyrna Beautiful’s signature event, highlights lovely and innovative gardens within Smyrna. Enjoy the beauty of these local gardens and be inspired to enhance your own home and neighborhood.
But wait, the 2023 Smyrna Garden Tour also boasts a tea room and plant sale. Ticketholders are free to stop by the tea room at any time during the tour to enjoy refreshments and browse through the displays of local goods and services from our event sponsors.
The plant sale is open to the public and has something for everyone! Our knowledgeable volunteers are available to answer questions and find the right plant for you. The plant sale hosts a variety of perennials, annuals, decorative pots and arrangements, and other garden treasures that will appeal to beginners or experienced gardeners.
The plant sale and tea room will take place at Taylor-Brawner House, 3182 Atlanta Rd SE, Smyrna GA 30080.
Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 the day of the event. They are now available for purchase both online and in-person. Click here for online tickets. Paper copies are available for purchase at the Smyrna Recycling Center and Vickery Hardware. No tickets are required for children 12 and under.
The following are some helpful tips:
* Rain or shine
* Carpool if possible; parking will be limited
* Wear comfortable walking shoes. You may want to bring along your preferred sunscreen and insect repellent in case you need them.
* Restrooms and free refreshments are available at the Tea Room .
* Strollers will not be appropriate for all gardens.
