Time for a little mid-year recap for the Smyrna Vinings condo and townhome market. We covered Smyrna Vinings homes homes last week. For the first six months of 2011, 274 Smyrna Vinings condos and townhomes sold, with the highest price being $662,000 for a gorgeous condo in One Vinings Mountain in Vinings to $18,000 for a townhome in Smyrna, that was a foreclosure and need of a little TLC.
The 274 condos and townhomes that sold this year compared to the 322 Smyrna Vinings condos and townhomes sold in the first six months of 2010 equates to a 15% drop. The average sales price in 2011 was $161,261, which is a 22% drop compared to the same period in 2010.
