D & A Investment Group LLC has asked for rezoning for the project in Vinings that will have a mix of senior housing plus retail and office space. The project, to be called V at Vinings, is currently zoned retail and the developers are seeking rezoning to add the residential component. The V at Vinings will be located on Paces Ferry Road, across from The Aberdeen.

Here are some of the proposed details:

1. 78,000 square feet of retail space
2. 82,000 square feet of office space
3. 300 residential units (150 of them being senior living)
4. 518,500 square feet of additional office space for future development
5. Construction, if approved, is expected to be completed by 2014.
