Come out to play with friends and family and bring Smyrna Streets Alive on Sunday October 14th!
As part of the Strategic Vision Plan, two community groups, the Community Health Advisory Council and the Smyrna United Task Force on diversity and inclusion, are collaborating to host Smyrna’s first ever Smyrna Streets Alive!
The event is modeled after the successful and widely popular Atlanta Streets Alive events and has been adapted for the Smyrna community. The goal is to get outdoors, have fun, be active, and build community.
Come walk, run, bike, skateboard, roller blade, dance, and play safely in the streets of Smyrna and enjoy the outdoors with your fellow Smyrnans.
Dress in your Halloween costumes for a bike parade! Bike parade will begin at 3:00 pm. Join us from 2:00 pm -3:00 pm at the beginning of the route behind the Smyrna Community Center for bike decorating.

The route is 1.3 miles long (one way) and will start from the overflow parking lot behind the Community Center, go down Powder Springs St, turn down Hughes St, cross over to Belmont Pl, turn down Belmont Blvd, and then down Ward St until it dead ends into Powder Springs.
