The Junior League of Atlanta, Inc. Tour of Kitchens, entering its 20th year, will showcase fourteen of Atlanta’s finest residential kitchens created by the city’s most prominent kitchen designers. The Junior League of Atlanta 20th Annual Tour of Kitchens event will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Sunday, March 26, 2017 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Many of the elite chefs in Atlanta will perform culinary demonstrations in various homes on the self-guided Tour. For 20 years, Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles magazine has partnered with the Junior League of Atlanta to make the Tour of Kitchens a success. We hope you will join as we celebrate 20 years of Atlanta’s favorite springtime tradition!
The tour is a two-day event that has raised nearly $1.9 million since its beginning to aid the Junior League of Atlanta, with a membership of nearly 3,500, to carry out its mission towards community initiatives benefiting women and children at risk.
The Junior League of Atlanta 20th Annual Tour of Kitchens includes a two day sneak peek into 14 of the most spectacular kitchens (7 each day) created by Atlanta’s top designers. Also included in the tour are special events such as chef demonstrations, mixing & mingling with Atlanta’s hippest designers and exclusive tours of Atlanta’s trendiest homes!
Advanced tickets to the Junior League of Atlanta 20th Annual Tour of Kitchens may be purchased in person at the JLA’s Headquarters (3154 Northside Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30327). Headquarters hours are Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 7:00pm and Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm. You can also purchase tickets online. You also may pick up your tickets at the any of the homes on the Tour of Kitchens during Tour hours Saturday and Sunday. Advance tickets may be purchased for $35. Tickets are available for purchase during the weekend of the Tour at each home and at JLA Headquarters and cost $40. The tickets are valid for entry both Saturday and Sunday.
The Junior League of Atlanta, Inc.’s annual Tour of Kitchens features Atlanta’s finest residential kitchens created by the city’s most celebrated kitchen designers. This self-guided tour features 14 homes in the North Metro Atlanta. Saturday’s tour features homes in a variety of intown locations such as Inman Park, Buckhead and Vinings. On Sunday, you will enjoy homes in Buckhead, Sandy Springs and Roswell.
All proceeds support programs and partnerships to over 90 community agencies that serve the needs of women and children while educating our members for effective community service. The Junior League of Atlanta is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
