Vinings Jubilee Christmas Tree Lighting wouldn’t be complete without a visit from Santa! Two Santa Express Trains will be in session all evening long while the big man himself will be available for family photos, gift requests and holiday wishes. This year’s activities include balloon twisting, ornament making, and invocation and cookie making with Vinings United Methodist Church, as well as fan favorite, face painting, where guests will be transformed into marvelous winter wonderland characters.
In addition, Vinings Jubilee eateries including SOHO, Paces & Vine, Guaco Joes, Mellow Mushroom, and Stockyard Burgers, and others will be doling out delicious snacks, beverages, and goodies. Nothing makes the holiday season
better and brighter than live music and entertainment from local area schools and studios. Whitefield Academy Jazz Band, Campbell Middle School Chorus, The Music Studio at Vinings, and Teasley Elementary School Chorus will gift attendees this year with holiday musical numbers and choral performances while The Studio Atlanta Dance is back for yet another spectacular dance performance alongside Lotus Performing Arts Studio.

The annual Christmas Tree Lighting is a Vinings tradition. Every year the people of Vinings gather at the clock tower in Vinings Jubilee and celebrate the lighting of a Christmas tree that stands as a holiday centerpiece to the Vinings community.
