Batter up! It’s time for Little League Baseball to start up in Smyrna. Registration is available online and ends January 31, 2017.

Smyrna Little League baseball is a recreational league for ages 4 thru 12. Spring season runs from March 11th thru May 25th. Evaluations for are February 12th for Rookies, AA, AAA, and Majors.

Playing age is determined by Little League International, and there is a new cut-off date for this season. The system will determine which division you will play based on your players birthdate and only give you that option. If the system gives you multiple options, you may choose which division you want to participate in.

For players born on or before August 31, 2005: you will use April 30 as the age determination date.

For players born on or after September 1, 2005 you will use August 31 as the age determination date.

T-Ball and Pee Wee season cost is $180.00
Rookie, AA, AAA, Majors and Intermediate divisions are $195.00

$50.00 of your registration fee is a fundraiser, you will be given 25 raffle tickets that you can sell for $2.00 each and there will be a cash drawing at the end of the season.

They offer:

T-Ball for ages 4 and 5.

PeeWee 1 for beginner 5&6 yr olds, PeeWee 2 for 5&6 yr olds, but a little more competitive

Rookie League (machine pitch) for ages 7s & 8s

AA (kid pitch) for age 9

AAA (kid pitch) for ages 10 & 11

Majors (kid pitch) for ages 11 and 12s

Intermediate for 13 year olds
