2016 Smyrna Fall Jonquil Festival

You are invited to the upcoming 2016 Smyrna Fall Jonquil Festival on October 24th & 25th. The festival hours of operation are 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM on Saturday, October 22nd and Noon – 5:00 PM on Sunday, October 23rd.

The Jonquil Festival has a history of over 20 years and will feature over 125 hand-made arts & crafts booths, local non-profit booths, puppet shows, live music, plenty of festival foods, and children’s activities. Artisans are from all over the southeast and feature their own hand made crafts, paintings, clothing, furniture, jewelry and much more.

The Fall Jonquil Festival is held on the beautiful Village Green in downtown Smyrna, Georgia next to the fabulous Market Village.

2016 Smyrna Fall Jonquil Festival Highlights:

The festival foods include: pizza, cotton candy, candy apples, corn dogs, hand-dipped ice cream, snow cones, polish sausage, chicken sandwiches, and BBQ. The children’s activities area will have interactive inflatable activities, sand art, and more.

Admission is FREE.

Children’s Halloween Costume Parade – on Saturday, October 22nd – hosted by the Smyrna Police Department.

Registration begins at 8:30 am in the rear parking lot of Smyrna First Baptist Church (1275 Church St. SE, Smyrna 30080) and the parade starts at 9:30 am. The parade will travel north on King Street (from the church parking lot and through the festival area), around Village Green Circle and end at the Veterans Memorial lawn.

Four guest judges will award a prize to the winner with the best costume in three age groups:
