Hogtoberfest at South City Kitchen Vinings
It’s time to pig out at South City Kitchen Vinings’ fifth annual Hogtoberfest celebration October 22nd through October 31st. The dinner menu will showcase a delicious pork-centric menu that features a variety of dishes from nose to tail. The following special items will be available in addition to most of the regular dinner menu:
Small Plates
- Deviled Eggs, Benton’s bacon jam
- Ham Hock and White Bean Soup, cracklings, chili oil
- Pork Belly, onion jalapeno jam, arugula, radish
- Pear Salad, endive, bibb, crispy pig ear, blood orange vinaigrette
- House Bacon Plank, chili glaze, Brussels slaw, farmstead egg, brioche
- Surrayno Ham, crushed peanuts, tomato marmalade, herb oil
- Spicy Chicharrones, bacon fat mayo
Large Plates
- Trout, Brussels, house cured bacon, creamy parsnip, charred orange vinaigrette
- Pork Chop, broccoli, escarole, celeriac puree, green tomato chow chow, sorghum glaze
- Pork Tenderloin, apple mostarda, fingerling sweet potatoes, mustard greens
- Pork Cheeks, spaghetti squash, country ham, red Russian kale, gremolata

They’re kicking off their annual Hogtoberfest celebration (October 22-31) with a patio pig roast on Wednesday, October 21st. Executive Chef John Spotkill and his culinary team will roast a whole pig along with a mess of delicious sides.

- Smashed Potato Salad creole mustard vinaigrette
