Green Street Properties is currently developing Riverview Landing, an 82-acre complex on River View Road in Mableton. The development will include 155 single-family homes, 335 townhomes, 165 condo flats, 850 apartment units, about 200 senior housing units, shops, commercial property and a park.
They will be kicking things off by holding their first annual Riverview Landing Fall Festival. The festival will get started with a Gran Fondo Cycling event, sponsored by Georgia Cup Health and Wellness, with several heat lengths, up to a 100-mile journey, as well as a 5K- and 10K-foot race and a fun run for young runners. The Gran Fondo cycling event begins at 7 a.m., with the foot races starting at 8 a.m. The Fall Festival begins at noon.
The Riverview Landing Fall Festival is this Saturday, November 5th, from noon to 4pm with food trucks, Barbeque Cook-off, and fall harvest vegetables.
Tree Sound Studios will provide musical entertainment featuring local bands; Side Effects Project, Donna Hopkins, Copias Jones, and Caroline Aiken.
The festival will have a family friendly component including hay-rides, pony cart pull, crew/kayak and fishing demonstrations and corn maze.

The fall festival will benefit the Upper Chattahoochee Riverkeeper. There is no entry fee for the festival, though guests are encouraged to donate $5 to benefit this cause.
