Vinings Main Condos Selling with New Pricing

Vinings Main

Vinings Main, after months and months of uncertainty, seems to have righted the ship.

Originally, pricing was over $200,000 for a 1BR condo and for some 2BR units over $500,000. In an attempt to keep the project from being foreclosed, the building’s operators, Woods Partners, proposed renting the units for up to five years. In January, county commissioners rejected the request, which undoubtedly made a lot of local Vinings residents happy, but raised further concern about the project being foreclosed.

In March, the group of lenders financing the project removed Wood Partners and replaced them with Novare Group as the operator and have slashed prices. The one-bedroom unit is now priced at $136,000, a 34 percent difference. And the $504,000 top-end unit is now available for $288,000 – 43 percent below the original asking price.

Vinings Main is located just off of Paces Ferry Road between Interstate 285 and the Chattahoochee River and was completed in 2008, but  only three of its 148 residential condos sold at the original prices. Vinings Main is next to Avignon at Vinings and in front of the Battery on Paces Ferry.

Located in the center of historic Vinings off Paces Ferry Road, is Vinings Main. Featuring 142 luxury Cobb County condos, these units are priced to sell. Current prices range from the mid-100,000s for 1 bedroom, 1 bath homes to the mid-200,000s for 2 bedrooms,2.5 bath homes, depending on square footage and location.
