West Haven
We’re continuing to see new construction begin to pop up in a lot of neighborhoods that had previously stalled out. These new builders are coming in with new pricing and new floorplans.
One such neighborhood is West Haven. West Haven is an established community that originally featured luxury homes priced from the $600’s that were built by Waterford Homes. The exquisite community provides homeowners with convenient access to I-285 (less than one mile), downtown Atlanta (less than 10 miles), Hartsfield-Jackson airport (less than 20 miles) and the unique shopping and dining destinations close by such as Vinings Village, West Village, Ivy Walk and the Smyrna Market Village.
Sharp Residential has now begun building in West Haven with homes starting in the high $200s to the low $400s. They will offer floorplans from their New Traditions Series featuring brick and shake elevations with stone accents, two-car garages and up to five bedrooms. Sharp is currently building three homes and have a total of fourteen lots available, so presale opportunities are available.
The neighborhood consists of 30 homes in total, with a central pocket park with outdoor fireplace.
