Just in time for Friday night happy hour, we’re announcing the winner of this week’s Smyrna Vinings social media contest. This past week’s contest helped to separate the Smyrna Vinings social elite from those just trying to figure out what all this social media stuff is.
Our first contest was on Facebook and was well received as we had nearly 300 people joint the Smyrna Vinings group on Facebook. This past week’s contest was on Twitter and we found that Twitter was a new adventure for a lot of people, but we did still had almost 200 people follow us on Twitter.
And the winner of this week’s Smyrna Vinings social media contest is Josh Bickford. Congratulations to Josh and we certainly hope you enjoy your dinner at Atkins Park Tavern in the Smyrna Market Village.
We’re moving along with our social media tour and this week we’re going to be making a stop at Flickr. Flickr is a fun place to share photos.
So we’d like you to join the Smyrna Vinings group on Flickr and submit at least one local photo to the group pictures. We’re looking for local Smyrna Vinings pictures. If you’re not a member of flickr, it’s easy to join.
And while you’re dusting off those digital prints, feel free to add as many pictures as you’d like. You may have also noticed that the Smyrna Vinings pictures on flickr are also featured on the right sidebar of SmyrnaVinings.com, so be careful what you post.
